Internships, practicums, & Micro-Internships

Internships, practicum and micro-internship experiences all allow students to apply classroom knowledge in real-world situations. They expand your network, support development and exposure to new skills, and give you an edge in the job market. Murrow students can earn credits toward required communication electives.

Micro-Internships

Through these short-term, paid, project-centered experiences, you can demonstrate your skills, explore career paths, and expand your professional network. Unlike traditional internships, these paid opportunities are available year-round, tend to be remote, typically range from 5 to 40 hours of work, and are deadline-driven as opposed to set during specific hours – perfect for students with erratic or hectic schedules!

Parker Dewey is a leader in remote micro internships, working with various industries looking for skills like yours!
